IU - Iqra University

Iqra University is regarded among the leading private universities in Pakistan. It was established by some Karachi based industrialists in year 1998 with the name of Asian Management Institute (AMI). In the year 2002, Higher Education Commission or HEC granted the university status to AMI and it was renamed to Iqra University.

Iqra University Management

When talk about Iqra University management, Hunaid Hussain Lakhani is the founder of the University. Mrs. Erum Asaad is the co-founder whereas Dr Wasim Qazi is the Vice Chancellor. However, Dr. Mirza Amin ul Haq is serving as the Registrar. Dr. Athar Iqbal is the Controller of Examination.
