BISE Sahiwal was set up in June 2012, making it one of the youngest boards in Punjab compared to older ones like Lahore or Multan that have been running for decades. It covers just three districts, Sahiwal, Okara, and Pakpattan, a smaller jurisdiction than most other Punjab boards, which actually means result day server traffic tends to be a bit more manageable here than on bigger boards like Lahore or Faisalabad.

The 10th class result 2025 came out on 24th July, with 71,789 students appearing and 48,680 passing giving a pass percentage of 67.81%. Muhammad Faizan Farid Asrar from Okara topped the board with 1189 marks, followed by Umme Roman in second position with 1187 marks.
The 9th class result followed on 20th August 2025, and the numbers were noticeably tougher, as they usually are at that level. Out of 91,261 students who appeared, 41,235 passed, giving the pass percentage at 45.18%. Regular students did considerably better than private candidates giving passing rate of 47.47% against 34.87%.

It's worth being clear about this early on that the 10th class result is what colleges actually check for intermediate admission. The 9th class result matters too, but mainly because it forms half of your final matric percentage once combined with 10th class marks.
