About Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore

BISE Lahore was established in 1954 to run secondary and higher secondary examinations across central Punjab. Four districts fall under its authority: Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib. The regulator handles annual exams for 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th classes, plus a supply cycle for candidates who fail one or more papers. It also issues roll number slips, date sheets, registration cards, and certificates.

The head office sits at 86 Mozang Road, Block B Jubilee Town, Lahore. Both regular school-going candidates and private examinees register here. Regulars go through their institutions; private students apply directly with admission forms and the prescribed fee. Both sit the same papers and appear in the same gazette.
