Bise Bannu Matric Results
The Board of Intermediate & secondary Education, Bannu was established in 1990 as a result of bifurcation of BISE, Peshawar & has been functioning since then according to the NWFP Ordinance/Act 1990. The BISE Bannu is responsible for controlling, organizing and regulating of education in more than 700 educational institutions in public as well as private sector.
The Jurisdiction of the Board was consisting of the following four districts and two Agencies.
- 1. District Bannu.
- 2. District Lakki Marwat.
- 3. District D.I.Khan.
- 4. District Tank.
- 5. North Waziristan Agency.
- 6. South Waziristan Agency.
- 7. After bifurcation of the BISE, Bannu into BISE, Bannu & BISE, Dera Ismail Khan the jurisdiction of BISE, Bannu reduced to the following two districts and one Agency.
- 8. District Bannu.
- 9. District Lakki Marwat.
- 10. North Waziristan Agency.
Some of the functions that come under BISE Bannu’s jurisdiction includes rewarding the position holders, giving mark sheet to passed candidates, rechecking of answering books, affiliating private and government schools/ colleges to board, enabling transparent examination system to its registered candidates, and ensuring details i.e. Father’s name, migration certificates, etc. are correct.
